About Me
I am a senior EdTech and education business leader with over 13 years of experience in building, scaling, and transforming education-focused organizations across India. Over the years, I have worked extensively across strategy, operations, branding, partnerships, and market expansion, with a strong emphasis on creating sustainable growth models and ensuring execution excellence at scale. My approach combines structured planning, data-driven decision-making, and on-ground execution to deliver measurable and long-term impact.
I am a Community Member of the World Economic Forum (WEF) – Global Shapers, where I actively engage with global leaders, entrepreneurs, and change-makers on conversations around education innovation, leadership development, and future-ready learning ecosystems. This exposure allows me to bring a broader global perspective while addressing local and national education challenges in India.
Currently, I serve as the Founding Member & General Manager at School Dekho, where I lead large-scale admission strategy, institutional partnerships, school branding, and pan-India growth initiatives. My role involves close collaboration with school owners, education groups, and cross-functional internal teams to design and execute structured admission funnels, strengthen institutional visibility, and drive consistent growth outcomes. I focus on building scalable processes that align business goals with student-centric outcomes.
Alongside this, I am the Honorary Vice President – Operations & Co-Founder at KRP IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd., where I contribute to overall business strategy, operations setup, and long-term organizational planning. I work on strengthening operational frameworks, improving efficiency, and supporting leadership teams in building sustainable technology-driven businesses. In addition, I work asHonorary Vice President – Operations & Business Partner at Testquest E-Learning Pvt. Ltd., supporting product positioning, institutional outreach, and market expansion initiatives across the education and EdTech landscape.

By applying systems thinking and structured execution, I drove the development of frameworks for school onboarding and K–12 discovery tools that resulted in 5x increases in web traffic, parental inquiries, and lead conversion.
I've forged high-impact partnerships with education franchises, school chains, and institutional stakeholders to build scalable networks. In my work, this has included the implementation of performance analytics, real-time dashboards, and school profiling systems, which have collectively improved decision-making and transparency. With over 13 years of experience in education and academic leadership, I have held impactful roles across teaching, department management, and project execution. I began my career as a Lecturer in Civil Engineering at Ramakrishna Mission Shilpamandira, then advanced to Head of Department – Civil Engineering at Regent Education & Research Foundation, where I led academic operations, curriculum planning, and team coordination.
Currently, I serve as the General Manager at School Dekho, one of India’s leading and fastest-growing verified school discovery and admissions platforms.
